“During his meet and greet Toby was on his best behavior and made it seem like he didn't have any behavior issues. Today he showed the bad Toby that most people meet and he tried to bite her. Heather did not skip a beat and knew what to do and a few minutes later Toby was sitting next to her pawing at her for some love. I did cry when I drove away as I already miss how he is always happy to be around me. I know that he is in good hands and will get the training he needs.”
